Pastor Pacer Hepperly, Senior Pastor

Pacer Hepperly is the senior pastor of Revolution Church, a multi-campus church in Maryville, Tennessee. Since accepting the Lord’s call to preach, Pastor Hepperly has dedicated his life to serving his congregation and the communities within Blount County.
Along with Revolution Church, he founded Revolution Christian Academy (RCA), a thriving Christian school that serves ages 2-5 and grades K-8th grade, and focuses on using Biblical core values to educate students.
Pastor Pacer has an extraordinary passion for discipleship and community outreach.
Pacer and his wife Connie have been married for more than 30 years. They share two sons, Josh and Hunter, two amazing daughters-in-law, Codi and Stacey, and six grandchildren.

Devin Lipsey, Executive Director of Administration

Devin Lipsey has served Revolution Church as Executive Pastor of Administration since 2013, providing dedicated leadership and comprehensive administrative oversight. His responsibilities include financial management, building and facilities operations, human resources, and regulatory compliance. He approaches these responsibilities with diligence, transparency, and a commitment to faithful stewardship, ensuring that organizational systems support ministry effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
 
In 2015, he also assumed the role of Administrative Director for Revolution Christian Academy, where he partnered with faculty and families to advance the Academy’s mission of Christ-centered excellence in education.
Devin attended Michigan State University, where he studied Business Administration while competing at an elite level in collegiate wrestling. He brings a strong background in administrative operations, public safety, and organizational leadership, approaching his work with a servant’s heart and a deep sense of responsibility for the people and resources entrusted to his care. He is committed to supporting faculty, students, and families through thoughtful administration, collaborative leadership, and faithful stewardship, all in service of academic excellence rooted in Christian values.
 
Devin and his family relocated to Blount County in 2009, where he and his wife, Lisa, are actively invested in their local church and community and are committed to faithfully serving the school and its mission for the long term. They have raised their three children with a shared dedication to Christian education and community life.
