***Students who withdraw prior to the end of the school year may be required to pay this fee (per family).

*Students must meet the age requirements of the class to enroll. Please note that all students moving up to the 3 year old class must be in the process of being potty trained.  For the 4/5-year-old classes they must be fully potty trained.

EFS Voucher Program

What is the EFS Voucher Program?

The program was created in 2025 when the Tennessee legislature passed the Education Freedom Act and it was signed by Bill Lee.
It allows K–12 students who live in Tennessee to receive a scholarship funded by the state to help cover educational expenses at participating private schools.\
The goal is to give parents more choices in where their child attends school.

How Much the Voucher Is Worth?
Each scholarship is worth about $7,295 per student per year.
The funds are usually used for:
-Private school tuition
-School fees
-Other approved educational expenses
The money is paid through a state-controlled scholarship account and prioritized for tuition and fees at
approved private schools.
For the 2026–2027 school year, the Education Freedom Scholarship Program (EFS) in Tennessee is
expected to offer at least 20,000 scholarships, with the possibility of up to 25,000 scholarships, depending on demand and state funding.
Minimum Guaranteed Scholarships
20,000 scholarships statewide are authorized as the baseline number for the program, but there are talks of a possible increase of awarded scholarships.

Because applications exceeded 75% of available slots in the first year, the law allows the state to increase the cap by up to 5,000 additional scholarships, bringing the possible total to 25,000 for 2026–27.

*10,000 scholarships are available for eligible students, regardless of the eligible student’s income.
